“I was very pleased with my experience. The only small problem was that I didn't receive the order confirmation as stated. I was very concerned after reading all the negative feed back but I received my purchases within 3 working days which during these difficult times I think is marvellous.”

“I was impressed about the email that Mr Pets sent out regarding sanitiser. It was only late by a day which I think is brilliant considering the current crisis. I think previous negative reviews are very unfair. Bravo for the company on this move.”

“Excellent service. Hand sanitizer arrived within 3 days. I read very negative reviews on Trustpilot after placing my order and, being concerned, emailed Mr Pets. They responded by sending me a tracking code. Like the majority of companies, they were obviously overwhelmed by the sudden increase in volume of orders. Some of the negative reviews made no allowances for these unprecedented circumstances.”

“Was glad to be able to purchase hand gel as I have a lung condition and it is important to protect myself. However it is sad that these products with good retailers has more than doubled. Still much better that the rogues on ebay who charge 5 times the normal price. Thank you Mr. Pets”
